Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Build Tech Energy is committed to conducting all business with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form, whether direct or indirect, in Nigeria or any jurisdiction where we operate.

We prohibit all employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, and agents of Build Tech Energy from offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to improperly influence a business decision or secure an undue advantage. This includes facilitation payments, kickbacks, and gifts intended to compromise judgment.

All businesses must comply with the Nigerian Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act 2000 and other applicable anti-bribery laws. Any violation will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or contract, and may be reported to relevant authorities for criminal prosecution.

We encourage the reporting of suspected violations through our confidential whistleblowing channel without fear of retaliation. We maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure regular training to reinforce this commitment.
